Victorian Walk Evenings

Enjoy what it was like to spend Christmas in the Territory… as it was in the early days when life slowed down to the speed of a horse and carriage, when family, friends and neighbors celebrated together in Oklahoma’s First Capital.

There are two Victorian Walk Evenings, which are the highlights of Guthrie’s Territorial Christmas Celebration. No where else can  you spend an evening strolling  brick streets enjoying life as it was in Christmas’s past.

Windows throughout the Downtown Historic District come alive with living scenes depicting the joys of the
season. There will be roving carolers and peanut vendors in the streets, shopkeepers and elegant folks dressed for the celebration in period costumes and the welcoming ambiance you’ve have come to expect in Historic Guthrie.

The 2 walks are scheduled for December 12th and 19th from 5pm until 9pm. The walks are free and you’ll have a wonderful experience traveling back in time to a Territorial Christmas!
